By ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has rejected the request to transfer the bail of PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, from Banigala to Adiala Jail.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb presided over the hearing.

Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb asked the State Council why Bushra Bibi’s lawyer did not appear in court. If they win this case, Bushra Bibi will go to jail herself. We don’t know if they want Bushra Bibi to go to jail or not; they are playing politics with the court, making a mockery. I had said that we would decide on this case today, but their lawyers did not come. This side is not working properly, and neither are you. Shoaib Shahin was also here, but he left and did not come back.
After Bushra Bibi’s request was denied, her lawyer, Usman Riaz Gill, arrived in court and informed the court that they were stuck in traffic, so they were late.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb told him, “Mr. Gill! Your request for non-compliance has been rejected; now you can file a request for revival.”
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Usman Riaz Gill Advocate, said that we are filing a petition for revival shortly.
